FUNDRAISERS
Step 1: Pick A Date
If you represent a non-profit public or private
pre-school or elementary school, simply request a
weeknight date (Mon-Thurs) for your school. 14
days advance notice from date of booking is
required, and we schedule only one school
fundraiser per evening. Only authorized school
personnel or PTA/PTO representatives can
officially book events.

Step 2: Promote Your Event
We supply a promotion package to help you
publicize your event and make it a success.
Here's what's included:
- Two full color posters to be displayed at your
school.
- Flyers that you can reproduce
for teachers to send home
with students prior to the event. Flyers must be presented
at time of purchase.
- Mass email announcement if you wish.
Step 4: Host Your Event
Have fun knowing that
15% of food purchases from your
participating families, teachers, and
friends will be donated back to your school!
OPTIONAL:
Teacher's Eat Free! Teachers are important to the success
of this program. If you choose, those teachers attending will receive a
FREE individual pizza, salad and
soft drink the night of the event. |

Step 5: Profit From Your Event
Your donation check will be sent to the school
within 10 business days. |
