Step 1: Pick A Date

If you represent a non-profit public or private pre-school or elementary school, simply request a weeknight date (Mon-Thurs) for your school. 14 days advance notice from date of booking is required, and we schedule only one school fundraiser per evening. Only authorized school personnel or PTA/PTO representatives can officially book events. Call (707) 573-0304.

Step 2: Promote Your Event and set your Profit Target

We have a unique program of pre-sales which can position your school or group to make more than $500 per event.  We provide gift cards to your group, worth $5, $15 or $25, all for FREE.  The denominations are secret until they are bought, so you set the price (no less than $5 each) and pre-sell the cards to the families in your group.  For example, if you sell 100 cards at $7 each, you make $700 for your organization.  You can price them at $5, $7, $9, or any price you think is good for your group.  We can help you decide how to set the fundraising goal. 

Step 3: Host Your Event and Enjoy

No card is worth less than $5.00, and some will be worth $15 to $25!  What a great surprise for those lucky winners! When your group arrives with their gift cards to use at your party, every one will have a great time knowing they raised so much money for a good cause!
